Remember the extra cellar restriction
The dialogue’s small joke can make the count confusing. Pinkie begins with three restrictions, then adds one more about the cellar. The additional line still belongs to what she tells her guest.
Keep each rule attached to its object

Hearing a restriction during the tour and receiving a later progression task are different moments in the chapter. Follow what the story is currently asking you to do rather than treating the opening dialogue as a reason to ignore every later objective involving a restricted place.
