Give a replay a specific secret goal

- Examples: Try the barn-window conversation, Gummy’s bakery encounter or a deliberate reaction to Pinkie’s promise. Keep ordinary story progress as a separate goal.
Choose the interaction before the replay
Secret hunting changes why you are returning. Instead of simply completing the chapter, pick a character, object or rule you want to test through its known optional interaction.
Use the early scenes for focused detours
At the barn conversation, asking about the window is associated with Somepony at the Window. During the fire, splashing Applejack is the optional Angry Applejack interaction. The train’s marked window belongs to a different discovery, Somepony on the Train.
These are different scene opportunities. Decide which one you want before advancing through that part of the story. The secret location directory groups the named interactions by scene so that a farm detour does not turn into an unrelated search around the bakery.
Make bakery experiments deliberate
Gummy’s encounter offers a character interaction; the Gummy guide focuses on finding and approaching him. Pinkie’s promise offers different choices: repeated refusal and an attempted exit after agreeing are associated with different reactions.
Later party interactions include provoking Pinkie before sitting and returning to the same closet across searches. Choose a single experiment for the next visit rather than combining every possible rule break and then wondering which action produced the result.
Keep secret discoveries separate from story badges
A named optional discovery and a chapter milestone are different targets. The story badge guide connects the farm escape, forest escape and Chapter 1 completion with their badge goals.
After a first story run, a secret replay can be a slower visit with a clearer detour. During the ordinary completion route, however, a danger warning still needs your attention. Planning the optional interaction ahead of time helps you choose when you are progressing and when you are deliberately exploring a reaction.
